Vanesa Pérez Paz joined the firm in 2007 and has been a Partner at Marroquín Abogados since 2012, serving as Head of the Real Estate and Urban Planning Department.
Vanesa leads the Real Estate and Urban Planning area, with extensive experience both in real estate development operations (construction contracts, new building declarations, horizontal property division, projects, leases, etc.) and in legal transactions arising from debt restructuring operations. She has advised national and international clients on real estate acquisitions. She also has experience and serves as head counsel in Inheritance and Family Law matters, having participated in numerous family wealth planning operations (generational transfer).
In addition, within the Insolvency and Restructuring Department, she acts as Insolvency Administrator in Barcelona, handling insolvency proceedings for major national real estate companies, among others.
