Professional Experience

Marcos Lafuente Salas joined Bufete Marroquín in 2011 and became partner in 2018.

He is integrated in the areas of Bankruptcy – Restructuring and Insolvency, Litigation and Public Law, where he has a solid training and extensive experience, having intervened in relevant refinancing processes and creditors’ contests, practicing both as a lawyer for companies in insolvency and as Insolvency Practitioner in Barcelona.

Likewise, he has widespread experience in procedural practice, both in judicial proceedings before the civil and commercial jurisdiction as well as in contentious-administrative proceedings.
