Marcos Lafuente Salas joined the firm in 2011 and has been a Partner at Marroquín Abogados since 2018. He is part of the Insolvency Law, Litigation, and Administrative Law departments, where he has solid training and extensive experience. He has participated in major refinancing processes and insolvency proceedings, acting both as counsel for companies in insolvency situations and as an Insolvency Administrator in Barcelona.

He also has significant experience in procedural practice, handling judicial proceedings before civil, commercial, and administrative courts.
