Silvia Riera Rovira joined the firm in 2015 and became a Partner at Marroquín Abogados in 2022. She specialises in Corporate Law, Transactions, and Intellectual and Industrial Property, having participated in a wide range of corporate acquisition and reorganisation operations, both nationally and internationally. She also provides ongoing commercial advice to companies and corporate groups in Spain and abroad on corporate governance, commercial contracting, and general Business Law matters.

She also collaborates with the Intellectual and Industrial Property Department and the Insolvency and Restructuring Department.
