Marianne Romero-Fiol Gälli joined the firm in 2006 and was appointed Partner in 2008. She specialises in Tax Law and Mergers and Acquisitions.

She provides ongoing tax advisory services to all types of companies, both national and international, and has extensive experience in tax audits and tax-related proceedings. She has also taken part in numerous tax planning operations, including corporate acquisitions and business reorganisations.

In addition, she has broad experience in personal taxation, advising on family wealth planning and the optimisation of individual tax situations.
