Luís Reina Pardo joined the firm in 2003 and has been a Partner at Marroquín Abogados since 2008, serving as Head of the Corporate, Business and Commercial Contracts Department.
He provides ongoing legal advice to various business groups, both national and international, and has been involved in numerous corporate acquisitions and business restructuring operations, with extensive experience in commercial contracting.
He has participated in major debt restructuring processes and works closely with the Insolvency and Restructuring Department, acting both as counsel for companies in insolvency situations and as Insolvency Administrator in Barcelona.
He also has a deep understanding of Investment Services Companies regulation and securities market legislation, having served for more than ten years as a member of the board of directors of a brokerage firm.
