Juan Llopis joined Marroquín Abogados in 2000 and was appointed Partner in charge of the Labour Law Department in 2008. He was later also named Head of the Intellectual and Industrial Property Department.

He has extensive experience in collective bargaining matters, including collective agreements, modification of working conditions, and staff restructuring. He has been involved in numerous employment regulation proceedings, both within and outside insolvency processes.

A key part of his professional practice involves representing clients in labour disputes and litigation, both before courts and tribunals and in out-of-court negotiations.

In addition to working closely with the Corporate Law and Restructuring and Insolvency departments, he provides ongoing labour advice to companies across all sectors and on all employment matters arising within the framework of commercial transactions.
