Professional Experience

Luis Reina joined Bufete Marroquín in 2003 and became a partner in charge of the Business, Corporate and Commercial & Contract Law area in 2008. He provides legal advice, on a continuous basis, to different business groups, both national and international. Likewise, he has intervened in numerous company acquisitions and business restructuring operations, also with extensive experience in the field of commercial contracting.

He has participated in relevant debt restructuring processes and actively collaborates with the Insolvency – Restructuring and Insolvency department, working both as a lawyer for companies in insolvency and as an Insolvency Practitioner in Barcelona.

Likewise, he has extensive knowledge of the regulation of Investment Services Companies and securities legislation, having been part, for more than 10 years, of the management body of a Securities Company.
