Professional Experience

Juan Llopis joined Bufete Marroquín in 2000 and became partner in charge of the Labour department in 2008, and was subsequently appointed head of the Industrial and Intellectual Property area.

He has extensive experience in collective bargaining issues, both in terms of collective agreements and the modification of working conditions and personnel restructuring, having intervened in numerous employment regulation files both within and outside the insolvency proceeding.

As an important part of his professional practice, it is necessary to mention the representation of clients, in conflicts and disputes of a labor nature, both before courts and tribunals and in extrajudicial negotiations.

In addition to collaborating closely with the areas of Business Law, and Restructuring and Insolvency, he regularly advises on labor matters to all types of companies and sectors, as well as on all labor issues that arise within the framework of commercial operations.
