NOTA INFORMATIVA<\/strong><\/p>\n

LEY 18\/2022, DE 28 DE SEPTIEMBRE, DE CREACI\u00d3N Y CRECIMIENTO DE EMPRESAS (\u201cLEY CREA\u201d)<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Recientemente se ha publicado en el BOE la Ley 18\/2022, de 28 de septiembre, de creaci\u00f3n y crecimiento de empresas (en adelante, \u201cLey Crea<\/strong>\u201d) creada con el objetivo principal de impulsar la creaci\u00f3n de empresas (especialmente PYMES) y facilitar su crecimiento y expansi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de una mejora regulatoria, la eliminaci\u00f3n de obst\u00e1culos a las actividades econ\u00f3micas, la reducci\u00f3n de la morosidad comercial y el apoyo financiero al crecimiento empresarial.<\/p>\n

La Ley contempla distintos tipos de medidas que podemos agrupar, en las siguientes categor\u00edas y, sin perjuicio de algunas excepciones, con car\u00e1cter general, entrar\u00e1 en vigor el pr\u00f3ximo 19 de octubre de 2022:<\/p>\n

A) Para agilizar la creaci\u00f3n de empresas<\/strong> (Cap\u00edtulo II Ley Crea).<\/p>\n

B) Para favorecer el crecimiento de las empresas mediante la regulaci\u00f3n y eliminaci\u00f3n de obst\u00e1culos a las actividades econ\u00f3micas<\/strong> (Cap\u00edtulo III Ley Crea).<\/p>\n

C)<\/strong> Para luchar contra la morosidad comercial<\/strong> (Cap\u00edtulo IV Ley Crea).<\/p>\n

D)<\/strong> Para mejorar el acceso a la financiaci\u00f3n<\/strong> no bancaria<\/strong> (Cap\u00edtulos V y VI Ley Crea).<\/p>\n
